Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order under the following circumstances:
- Before Order Confirmation: You can cancel your order at any time before it is confirmed by the restaurant or store without any penalty.
- After Order Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed by the restaurant or store, cancellation may be limited as food preparation or order processing may have already begun.
To cancel an order, you can:

Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Cancelled Orders: If you successfully cancel an order before it is prepared, you will receive a full refund.
- Missing Items: If items are missing from your order, you may receive a refund for those specific items.
- Quality Issues: If the food or products delivered are of substandard quality, damaged, or not fit for consumption.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive items that are different from what you ordered.
- Late Delivery: If your order is extremely delayed without reasonable cause or notification.
- Undelivered Orders: If your order was not delivered and our delivery partner was unable to contact you.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you should:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Provide clear details about the problem with your order
- Include photos of the received items if applicable (for quality or damage issues)

Refund Timeline
If your refund request is approved:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
- Digital Wallets: Refunds to digital wallets are usually processed within 1-3 business days.
- Cash on Delivery: Refunds for cash payments will be processed to your Gdigital Delivery account as store credit or to your bank account (additional details may be required).
Non-Refundable Items
The following items or situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Orders that have been partially or fully consumed (except in cases of quality issues)
- Personal preference issues (e.g., you didn't like the taste, but the food is of acceptable quality)
- Orders where the issue is reported more than 24 hours after delivery
- Delivery fees, unless the delivery was not completed or was extremely delayed
